This valance was revised in 2008. If you dont' have the latest pattern you may return your used pattern for a new one at 1/2 price. If your pattern is unused there is no charge, except shipping cost.

Actually, yes. Allow enough fabric for the pocket. Leave the fabric flat, the gathered area will develop when it goes on the rod.
